The effect of Workload on Job Satisfaction with Job Stres as a Mediation

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees at the Balai Padang Industrial Training and Education (2) the effect of workload on job stress on employees of the Balai Padang Industrial Training and Education (3) the effect of job stress on job stress on employee satisfaction at Balai Padang Industrial Training and Education (4) the effect of workload on job satisfaction mediated by job stress on employees of the Balai Padang Industrial Training and Education r. The population in this study were all employees of Balai Padang Industrial Training and Education, totaling 32 people. While the number of samples in this study were 32 people by using the sampling technique is saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that: (1) Workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of Padang Industrial Training Center employees. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job stress on Padang industrial training employees. (3) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of Padang industrial training employees. (4) Workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction with Job stress as a mediating variable for Padang industrial education and training employees.
