The Effect of Work-Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support and Self-Efficacy on Work Engagement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the effect of work-life balance to work engagement. (2) the effect of perceived organizational support to work engagement.(3) the effect of self-efficacy to work engagement. This research is a causative descriptive research. The population of this study were all employees of UPT Puskesmas Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency, amounting to 97 people. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling and the samples was 97 people, the same as the population. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 program. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on work engagement of UPT Puskesmas Ujung Gading employees, West Pasaman Regency. (2) perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on work engagement of UPT Puskesmas Ujung Gading employees, West Pasaman Regency. (3)self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect to work engagement of UPT Puskesmas Ujung Gading employees, West Pasaman Regency.
